Notes on PDF drawings

Put PDF drawing sets in your Drive folder like any other design. Your client doesn’t download them: a multi-page PDF opens page by page in the browser.

1Notes on a page

Your client turns to the page they mean and taps the spot. The note is pinned to that page, so you see exactly which sheet and which detail they’re asking about.

2Sheet numbers and revisions

Sheet numbers and revisions are read from the file name, like A-201_floor-plans_rev-B.pdf, so a new revision of a sheet stacks on the old one.
