Owner, Designer and Accounts roles

Every studio starts with three roles. You can change the two besides Owner, or make your own.

1The starting roles

Owner: everything, including the team, roles, studio settings and the plan.
Designer: start and work on projects, reply to clients, add clients to projects, edit contacts, and see quotes and invoices.
Accounts: make and send quotes and invoices, including the letterhead and numbering.

2Make a role

In Settings → Team, choose New role, give it a name like “Site supervisor”, and tick what it can do: start, work on or delete projects; reply to clients; add clients to projects; edit contacts; see quotes and invoices; make and send them.

Tip: Studio settings, the team and roles always stay with owners, so nobody can give themselves more than an owner gave them.
