How clients sign in without a password
Clients never make an account or choose a password.
1The first time
The link you email them signs them straight in. That’s why each person on a project gets their own link: opening it is how Plott knows who they are.
2Coming back later
If they’re signed out, or the link has expired, they enter their email and press Send me a code. A six-digit code arrives by email and works for 10 minutes.
3With a project code
If the project uses a project code, they can choose Have a project code? and enter it to look at the designs.
Tip: If a client says they didn’t get the email, check the address in the Clients tab, then choose Email a new link.
