Choose who can open a project

Each project decides who can open its link. Open the project’s Settings and find Signing in.

1Who can open the project link

• Only the clients you add: each person opens the link emailed to them, or signs in with a code sent to their email.
• Anyone with the link: anyone holding it can look at the designs.
• Anyone with the link and a project code: anyone with both can look.

Whichever you choose, leaving a note or approving needs the person to be on the project and signed in as themselves.

2Project codes

A project code has at least 8 letters or numbers. Saving a new code closes the link for everyone who opened it with the old one.

3How long people stay signed in

Under Keep people signed in for, choose 7, 30 or 90 days.

4Removing someone

In the Clients tab, choose ⋯ beside the person, then Remove from project.
